Mafell ZB100ES drill ring groove cutters

The MAFELL ZB 100 ES is a special machine for cutting grooves for straight and conical rings and bulldog connectors. It permits grooves to be cut with absolute precision for all popular metal connector types with diameters up to 6 1/4 in. (160 mm). The machine speed can be continuously adjusted to match the relevant tool diameter. Maximum safety is ensured by the special drill mount of the ZB 100 ES, which is equipped with an anti-rotation element and protective cage as standard. For tasks requiring a head countersink all three drill variants, be it the ZB 100 ES, ZB 400 E or ZB 600 E, can be used without the stationary support, but with the auxiliary handle instead. Both oblique and perpendicular grooves can be made. In the case of perpendicular grooves, the grooving depth of underlay washers, for example, can be set exactly with a stop and safety ring. All popular guide pilot pins are available for both groove cutting tools and head countersinks.
