This model has three major advantages over the MC400. It is more powerful (1000 cubic meters per hour) hence suited to a larger workshop, it is ideal for workshops with low ceilings and lends itself to being over the dust producing machine because the filter area is in the base of the machine. The MC1000 has a 90 watt motor and the running cost is approximately 9 pence for the average working day. Also available are two extension sleeves that can be attached to the body of the compact that effectively increases the suction and fine filtration directly over a lathe, sawbench, scroll saw etc. Removable for normal room filtration
