Often the term Dust Extractor is misapplied to equipment that is designed to collect chips and debris from a work place, often without the capacity to contain fine dust. Most dust collector bags allow fine particles to re-enter the atmosphere.

Making the environment free from dust as fine as one micron, requires a special system and the Microclene range helps to achieve that. Designed specifically for the smaller workshop approximately the size of a single garage (5x3x2.5meters). The MC400 will filter 400 cubic meters of air each hour. In this size workshop the air would be filtered about ten times per hour. In a smaller workshop the air will be filtered more often. The MC400 has a 60 watt motor and the running cost is approximately 6 pence for the average working day.
