Disc Sander TG 250/E With electronic speed control from 250 to 750 rpm. Also for wet sanding.
Sands long edges, end sections, radii, mitres and by turning work piece over - accurate flat surfaces at right angles. Used on soft and hard woods, non-ferrous metals, steel, plastics (Plexiglass and fibreglass), cork and rubber. A simple chart indicates the recommended speeds on different materials.
Sturdy construction:
Main body of ribbed die-cast aluminium (not a steel tube or sheet metal construction). Table of die-cast aluminium with machined surface. Tilts 15° inwards and 45° outwards (a scale facilitates accurate adjustment). Table mitre gauge supplied as standard. Machined backing disc - driven by a twin ball bearing spindle. Standard, commercially available sanding discs fix firmly and can be replaced quickly. A dust collection adapter for attaching a vacuum cleaner/dust extractor is included. Technical Data:
220 - 240 Volt with drive via toothed belt (reduction ratio 7.3:1). Electronic speed control approx. 250 - 750 rpm, disc diameter 250 mm. Max. sanding height 135 mm, table 275 x 105 mm (tilts 15° in, 45° out). Overall size without table 330 x 280 x 230 mm. Complete with mitre gauge and 2 each sanding discs of 100 grit and 240 grit.

Plastic container with stop cock, 100 cm tubing and mounting bracket/screws. Holds 1 litre.

Size 420 x 310 x 15 mm. Includes gasket for sealing the fixing holes of the machine. With 50 cm discharge tube. The tray is undrilled and may be used on other machines too.
