Grinds blades identically
A well designed jig used for regrinding both guillotine blades and power planer knives of any length and minimum width of 13mm. Grinds each blade identically so they are never out of balance. This jig allows you to measure exactly how much is to be removed. See ADV-50D and SP-650 for deglazing and truing prior to usage. Not Creusen compatible.
Design Of The SVH320
The attachment comprises support (1),
blade holder (2)
and allen key (3).
In this attachment the tool is guided precisely and ground flat along its whole length to a pre-set fixed depth.
This is not the case with the other Tormek jigs, where your hand decides where the grinding occurs and the depth of grinding.
It is important that the grinding angle is set with great accuracy.
