A mobile stand that holds a door on it's edge while routing out the hinge recess and mortice for locks. Maximum door size: 1981mm x 838mm Maximum door weight: 50kg Made from solid steel with 250mm long anti-tilt stabiliser arms with padded feet. The single adjustable ball end pad clamp will hold doors from 32mm to 55mm thick. Thinner doors can be held by using a simple packing piece. The Door Stand also allows door to be tilted back to assist fitting into frame. The stabilisers have end pads so the hung door can be placed towards the wall whilst drilling keyhold or fitting lock mortice if cutting on-site by hand.
